How we work
How we work with families
It begins with a complimentary 15-minute conversation with our Intake Coordinator. This gives us time to understand what is happening, answer your initial questions, and consider whether WRHH may be the right fit.
If a clinical conversation is appropriate, we will arrange an assessment by phone, telehealth or in person. Following this, you will receive a written Action Memo within 72 hours. This is a brief, signed summary of our observations and our recommended first step.
The Action Memo is yours to keep, whether or not you choose to become a WRHH client. Our aim is to give your family clarity, direction and a practical way forward.
